Doctor Who logo’s through out the years

#sometimes i can’t even believe it #this show has been running for almost FIFTY YEARS #F I F T Y #that’s more than double or even triple most of our ages #and it’s been fifty years of fans #of people who have given everything to this show#of people who have dedicated years of their lives to acting or taping or writing or even just watching the show #nowadays series celebrate when they hit their 100th episode #and hitting a season ten is considering extremely impressive and everyone involved often decides to end the show #so it’s crazy to think about the fact that there are people who have been watching this show since the BEGINNING #since episode one 49 years ago #that this brilliant show finally ended but then was relaunched #and has survived that relaunch and has THRIVED to grow even bigger #sometimes when i think about everything that Doctor Who has done and meant for me and for countless others I am just utterly floored #I am truly honoured to be a fan of such a brilliant show (via winterinthetardis)
